Gardener implements the automated management and operation of Kubernetes clusters as a service (shoot) by hosting its the control plane components (Etcd, API server, controller manager, scheduler) in a different K8s cluster called seed cluster which delivers a robust Control-Plane-as-a-Service leveraging existing Kubernetes capabilities.

In this session, the speakers will cover how kubernetes in kubernetes works in production and typical challenges faced by this approach.
