Jakub is one of the maintainers of the Strimzi project which is part of CNCF Sandbox and focuses on running Apache Kafka on Kubernetes. He is also a contributor to Apache Kafka itself. He currently works for Red Hat as Principal Software Engineer. Before joining Red Hat he worked as messaging and solution architect in the financial industry. He is member of the Project Management Committee of the Apache Qpid project and member of AMQP Technical Committee at OASIS.
